Visionworks is seeking a part-time Retail Eyewear Specialist in Fishers, Indiana. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through an eyewear journey with friendly, human service and expert optics knowledge.

The role emphasizes meeting customer needs and delivering a seamless Visionworks experience. Responsibilities include driving daily sales by optimizing the customer journey, recommending products, and staying informed about our services.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
• Assist with restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
