• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Effective supervision and behavior management.
• Caring, patient approach to support student growth.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and out students of the program using the FACTS management system.
• Supervising and interacting with children in a group setting.
• Organizing activities.
• Ensure a caring and safe environment.
• Serve breakfast and after-school snacks to students.
• Assist students with assignments and homework.
• Monitor students on playground equipment.
• Perform other duties to support students, teachers, and the school community.
• Attend applicable staff training and faculty meetings.
• Accurately complete all applicable paperwork.
• Independently read and respond to all emails.
• Navigate Google calendar to view employee schedules.
