ThedaCare At Work Onsite clinic in Appleton, WI is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time 0.5 FTE role. You will provide primary care to employees and their families aged 12 months and older at our onsite clinic.

Clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday, 7a-5:30p, with no weekends or holidays. Expect a small patient census (5–12/day) and a collaborative team focused on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years APC experience required.
• Previous primary care experience required.
• Comfort caring for the pediatric population ages 12 months and older.
