Froedtert ThedaCare's ThedaCare at Work Onsite clinic in Appleton seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time, 0.5 FTE role. You will provide primary care to employees and their families, ages 12 months and older, in a dedicated onsite clinic with no weekends or holidays.

Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ThedaCare at Work Onsite clinic in Appleton.

Opportunity Details:

• Part-time: 0.5 FTE
• Clinic hours: Monday & Wednesday 7a-5:30p
• Location: TCAW Onsite- 3925 N. Gateway Dr, Appleton
• Provider would support the City of Appleton and Appleton Area School District as a primary care provider
• Clinic supports the employees and their families ages 12 months and older
• No weekends or holidays
• Patient Census: 5-12 patients a day
