8207 NOMA in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. This fast-paced kitchen offers 35–40 hours per week, with a focus on quality, teamwork, and growth in a family-owned setting.

You will prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, assist with daily specials, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and help train junior staff. Ready to adapt to changing menus and customer preferences while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
• Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities
