Job summary

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color Salon in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced hair stylist for an on-call, very flexible, part-time position. You will deliver exceptional client experiences with cutting, color, and chemical services, while ensuring timely service for appointments and walk-ins.

Required is an active Nevada Cosmetology License and at least 3 years of full-service styling experience. The role involves front desk support, opening/closing duties, and staying current with trends.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
• Minimum of 3 years as a full-service stylist with mastery of cutting, color, and chemical texturizing.
• Proficiency with salon POS systems (Zenoti a plus) and social media posting.
• Strong communication skills and a team player are a must.
• Some weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-service hair care, including cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
• Ensure all appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
• Assist with front desk operations, greeting clients and taking payments.
• Opening and closing duties.
• Stay inspired and up to date with industry trends and techniques.
• Maintain a pristine personal station and assist with salon cleanliness.
