Fantastic Sams Cut & Color of Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Stylist (Behind The Chair) with a Nevada Cosmetology license and at least 2 years of full-service styling experience. You will deliver cutting, styling, color, and perms while managing client flow and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Cosmetology License is required.

• Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, and social media postings.
• Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
• Weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-service hair care, including cutting, styling, color, and perms.
• Manage client flow and ensure timely service for appointments and walk-ins.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and cosmetology developments.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with salon cleanliness.
• Assist with front desk operations: check-ins, payments, opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a positive, collaborative salon culture.
• Support daily operations: inventory control, retail merchandising, schedule prep.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists.

What We Are Looking For:
