Job summary

Kennesaw State University is inviting applications for a pool of part-time and limited term faculty in the Department of Exercise Science and Sport Management for the 2026-2027 academic year. Positions are on an as-needed, semester-by-semester basis and will be based in Georgia.

Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses, in face-to-face or online formats, with assignments tailored to earned degrees and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field is required at hire.
• Preferred certifications: American Heart Association Instructor Certification, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, and/or NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
• Record of undergraduate teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience teaching face-to-face, online, and/or laboratory courses.

Responsibilities

• Instruct various lecture and laboratory courses to support the undergraduate Exercise Science curriculum, in person or online.
