Marquette University invites applications for a Part Time Instructor of Practice and Executive in Residence in AI and Real Estate for Fall 2026. Qualifications

• Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly Lab activities and lead weekly meetings with AI in Real Estate Lab students.
• Build a framework for corporate partners to join a paid version of the Lab and recruit 8–10 partners.
• Provide at least one faculty touchpoint per semester with Vieth Institute faculty and brief meetings.
• Engage students from business, engineering, and law across the Lab and mentor AI Forge leaders.
• Document lessons learned and produce thought leadership content on the Lab's model and outcomes.
• Represent Marquette and the Vieth Institute at venues and speaking engagements.
• Develop a partnership framework for paid Lab versions with defined outcomes and compensation structures.
