Job summary

Specialty Care Free Clinic in Wisconsin seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership. This role oversees fundraising, financial management, marketing, governance, and data reporting in partnership with the Medical Director.

The Executive Director will lead staff and volunteers, develop a comprehensive annual plan, and ensure quality, safety, and patient service while expanding access to care in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration/management.
• Fundraising and community engagement knowledge.
• Understanding of health care delivery systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing/Fundraising/Community Relations to reach resource goals and develop annual plans.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Direct clinic operations, staff, volunteers, and quality initiatives with leadership across teams.
• Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors and partner with the Medical Director on governance.
