Job summary

ESCO is seeking a part-time Base Manager at NAS-JRB, Texas. The role requires visiting Exchange locations on a military base, ensuring proper shelf placement, inventory checks, and display setup. You will report to the Area Manager and coordinate promotions and back-stock management.

The position is ideal for a spouse, student, or retiree seeking flexible hours. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with approximately 1 hour per week commitment, and access to a computer and smartphone for required tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and in-store execution preferred.
• Ability to manage shelf placement and pricing.
• Able to perform inventory checks and write orders for items.

Responsibilities

• Visit Exchange locations on NAS-JRB and perform assigned tasks.
• Maintain call frequency with stores and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Set up displays and restock back-stock as needed.
• Scan stores for missing items and report distribution gaps.
• Conduct inventory checks and place orders for VON items.
• Meet with store managers as scheduled by AM.
• Manage shelf presentation and execute promotions as directed.
