The position emphasizes guest safety, asset protection, and incident response, with training in screening, access control, and coordination with first responders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Minimum of six months security experience with preference in building/property security, loss prevention, asset protection, TSA/airport security, dispatch, law enforcement/corrections, or military.
• TX DPS issued Level Two Security License preferred; unlicensed applicants must apply for license within 14 days of hire.
• All applicants must submit to fingerprinting and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Upholds integrity of the facility at all times.
• Monitors entry and exit points and door access to all areas of the Center.
• Greets and directs guests and visitors to appropriate areas.
• Perform screening at check points using metal detectors, bag checks, and ID inspections.
• Ensure that no prohibited items are inside the Center.
• Provide security escorts as needed.
• Maintain open and smooth access routes throughout ingress, concourse, seating, and egress areas.
• Respond to complaints and incidents per policy.
