Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Security Officer at the Branson Convention Center to safeguard guests, staff, and property during events and routine operations.

You will monitor cameras and patrol the facility, support the full-time team with shift coverage, and respond calmly to disturbances while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may require First Aid/CPR/AED and trained crowd manager certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or public safety preferred.
• Familiarity with venue security protocols is a plus.
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; follow directions well.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras and parking systems and patrol the facility.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents per venue policy.
• Complete incident reports and participate in reviews.
• Assist with crowd management, access control, and evacuations.
• Deliver customer service to guests, staff, and exhibitors.
• Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain logs of equipment use and key distributions.
