Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Greet guests friendly at entrance and direct entry; verify tickets and wristbands.
• Understand venue policies and regulations for different events.
• Provide directions and suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
• Maintain a positive, natural speaking voice and friendly tone with guests.
