Job summary

Miller Sports + Entertainment is seeking an Operations Event Staff member in Sandy, UT, for part-time, hourly work supporting setup, execution, and breakdown of private and public events at our Club facilities.

Under the Ancillary Event Manager, you will deliver excellent guest services, assist with logistics, and help ensure a safe, efficient event experience while working evenings, weekends, holidays, and other event dates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities; work independently or with a team.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Support operations as directed by Event Operations and Booking teams.
• Provide on-site customer service to guests, clients, vendors, and attendees.
• Coordinate with full-time staff to ensure successful events.
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces and equipment.
• Respond to event needs and issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow all facility, safety, and operational procedures.
