Job summary

Bay Home & Window in California is seeking a part-time Event Marketing Associate to be the first contact for new customers at partner locations and events. You'll learn to present our high-end window treatments and coordinate with the design team to set up home or showroom meetings.

You will work 27–30 hours per week, with a base pay of $23–$25 per hour as total compensation. Training, mentoring, and opportunities for growth are provided, along with flexible weekend schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain in-store vendor and booth display throughout the day.
• Engage with potential customers to educate and help them learn about the products we offer.
• Interface with partner’s management teams.
• Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot; assist in clean-up of booth.
