Bay Home & Window is hiring an Event Marketing Associate to be the first point of contact at Bay Area partner locations and events. You will learn to present our high-end window treatments, answer questions, and book design-team appointments in homes or showrooms.

You’ll be coached by a caring management team to become a key connection between our company and new customers. Join a fast-growing, customer-focused company with strong training in Salesforce, weekend availability, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously and be dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 10-20 lbs.
• Able to work independently and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain in-store vendor and booth display throughout the day.
• Engage with potential customers to educate and help them learn about the products we offer.
• Interface with our partner’s management teams.
• Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot.
• Assist in clean-up of booth.
