You’ll wash and sanitize dishes, support banquet and kitchen staff, and help maintain a spotless dish area while respecting health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Ability to work quickly and stay steady when it's busy.
• Comfortable standing for long stretches and lifting heavy items.
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils used during events.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machines so everything runs flawlessly.
• Store clean dishes and equipment neatly in their designated places.
• Keep the dish area spotless — surfaces, floors, trash, and recycling.
• Work with banquet and kitchen staff so clean items are where they need to be.
