• Stay organized: Store clean dishes and equipment neatly in their designated places.
• Maintain the space: Keep the dish area spotless — surfaces, floors, trash, and recycling.
• Support the team: Work with banquet and kitchen staff so clean items are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
• Follow guidelines: Stick to health and safety standards every shift.
• Pitch in: Help out wherever the event needs you.
