Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and food prep.

• Ability to work flexible schedule evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certified Food Handler (EFOOD).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label food items to spec.
• Monitor temperatures and logs per time and temp requirements.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff across stations.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests and provide hospitality.
• Know menu items and ingredients.
• Follow health code requirements.
• Rotate stock using FIFO.
