Legends Global is seeking an Event based Part-Time Housekeeper / Conversion Crew Team Member at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. The role combines housekeeping with event or facility conversion tasks, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and prepared for daily use and special events. The position involves cleaning, setup, inventory, and minor maintenance as needed, with flexibility for evenings, nights, holidays and weekends based on event activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections: Check rooms, public areas, and event spaces for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, safe equipment use, and event setup procedures.
• Handle guest or client concerns: Respond to issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform various event related tasks efficiently before, during and after events including set/strike of tables, chairs, staging, and related inventory.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, vacuum, clean all surfaces, empty trash, and operate waste/ recycling systems as directed.
• Maintain supply rooms and equipment in an orderly fashion; assist with proper storage of event equipment.
