Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or event coordination preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-store events and special celebrations.
• Greet and engage customers with a warm, welcoming attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Support cake decorating, packaging, and presentation for events and large orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Process customer orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
