Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time dishwasher at the Wilmington, NC site. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, utensils, and kitchen items, using machine and manual cleaning methods.

You will help keep the dish area and remote stations clean and safe during events. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 months of related kitchen experience, and knowledge of health codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic food service knowledge and sanitation awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dishes, load dishmachine, and ensure items are cleaned efficiently.
• Sort and stack clean items and deliver to storage areas.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand as needed.
• Dispose of trash and clean waste cans to maintain sanitation.
• Sweep and mop floors; report any spills to keep areas safe.
• Assist cooks with food assembly during high production events.
