Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Las Vegas Ballpark is hiring a part-time dishwasher for event-based shifts. The role runs mainly March-September and November-December, with duties focused on maintaining cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen surfaces to support high-traffic events.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, following strict sanitation and safety guidelines while handling various dishwashing tasks and helping with supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to wash dishes, pots, pans efficiently.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Comfort with event-based, part-time work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dishes by hand or machine as assigned.
• Wash pots, pans, trays and prep surfaces for cleanliness.
• Polish silverware per procedures and maintain sanitation.
• Maintain clean dish area and comply with safety standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading supplies and equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
