Job summary

LOFT in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a personable Sales Associate to be the brand’s ambassador on the sales floor. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling advice, keep merchandise organized, and help create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll work with the team to uphold visual and operational standards, use technology and POS tools, and stay flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
