Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing general maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
• Plan and document preventive maintenance schedules.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair facility and equipment issues.
• Complete repairs and replacements related to facilities and equipment.
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Identify and address safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain basic maintenance logs and documentation.
