S.P. Richards Company is seeking a part-time Order Filler/Associate/Fulfillment at the Houston DC to pull items efficiently and accurately according to customer orders.

The role is based in Houston, TX, with standard hours 4pm–9pm, Monday through Friday, and an hourly rate starting at $19.35 up to $22.98. Duties include pulling orders, using voice picking and RF scanning, keeping safety and housekeeping policies, and moving products with hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must be able to operate voice picking system and RF scanners.
• Basic computer navigation and product/lot code recognition.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds and move heavy product with aids.

Responsibilities

• Pull all orders according to prescribed quotas.
• Identify products and quantities, pull and transport to checking station.
• Use voice picking and RF scanning equipment.
• Follow safety rules and housekeeping policies.
• Maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks and meet speed requirements.
