Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in Austin, TX. Earn $400/week by working 5 evenings, about 2–3 hours per shift, with an open-bed pickup truck required.

You will walk apartment communities, collect tied trash bags from doorsteps, transport to dumpsters, and upload photos in our app while wearing PPE.

Weekly pay via direct deposit, holidays off, short evening shifts, PPE provided, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles exist.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation with open bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone requirement.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and be active for 1–2 hours per shift.
• Ability to walk stairs and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community, collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using the provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
