Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part‑Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in Austin, TX. Earn $225 weekly by working a short evening schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 7pm start) and helping keep apartment communities clean.

As a Trash Valet, you’ll walk doorsteps to collect bags, transport them to the dumpster, and upload photos in our app while following PPE safety guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent, active work and extra income on weeknights.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation – open-bed pickup truck required.
• Smartphone required for app use.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift.
• Ability to walk stairs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
