Job summary

Rydal Park - a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA is hiring part-time Wait staff and Servers to join our dining team. You’ll set up, clear, and reset dining rooms, and take menu orders to serve residents and guests with grace and timeliness.

Evening hours 4pm–7:30pm, with varied weekdays and every other weekend. Prior food service experience preferred; ServSafe/food handler certification helpful; teens may apply where allowed. Competitive hourly pay of $15–$16 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior food service, fast food or restaurant experience.
• Prior experience working with seniors (preferred).
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification (preferred).
• Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays.
• Teens are welcome to apply (where allowed by local regulations).

Responsibilities

• Set up, clear, clean and reset dining room on a routine basis.
• Take menu orders and serve residents and guests meals in a timely, gracious manner.
• Provide quality customer service to residents and guests.
