Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a server for our senior living communities in the United States. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied while maintaining dining areas and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include keeping up-to-date on menu specials, cleaning schedules, and setting up/clearing the dining room with hospitality in mind. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and compassionate resident care.

• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
