The Courtyard Bloomington is seeking a part-time evening Restaurant Server for Jake's Kitchen & Bar Restaurant. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to health regulations and liquor laws, and providing exceptional guest service. The role requires following CSM and brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Responding to guest needs promptly and courteously.
  2. Providing high-quality service and building rapport with guests.
  3. Following guest service recovery procedures and responding to feedback.
  4. Accurately taking orders and using proper serving techniques.
  5. Upselling menu items to maximize revenue.
  6. Adhering to health and liquor laws.
  7. Following cash handling and POS procedures.
  8. Completing side work such as cleaning and stocking.
  9. Handling food and beverages safely and maintaining a clean work area.
  10. Participating in team efforts and departmental meetings.

Qualifications include:
