Cooper Auto Group in Edmond, Oklahoma, is seeking a part-time evening and weekend receptionist for Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond. You will answer incoming calls, greet visitors warmly, and set a professional, helpful tone for the dealership while assisting customers.

Shift hours are Monday and Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and alternating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Requirements include previous customer service or related experience, strong written and verbal communication,

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with multi-line telephone system and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone.
• Welcome and direct guests appropriately on the phone and in person.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties and assist with projects as needed.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
