The Pines at Catskill Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Catskill, NY is seeking a part-time receptionist to be the warm, welcoming first contact for residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level role offers evenings and weekend shifts with differential pay and holiday incentives.

As the front desk representative, you will manage calls, emails, and inquiries, coordinate appointments, and assist with resident activities.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. * Part Time Receptionist, 18-22 hours per week, evenings/weekends/holidays required

!!! We pay evening and weekend shift differentials for this position !!!

!! We require every other weekend, we pay time and a half on holidays !!

! Pay depends on experience level, the more you have the more we pay you !

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
