Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN licensure is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work with elderly residents with compassion and patience.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Must pass background checks and health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with staff across departments.
