Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) in Odenton, MD for consistent evening work near home. You’ll collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup or trailer, with 10–15+ hours weekly and no weekend shifts.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, 18+ years, and a smartphone with data for the work app.

Qualifications

• Own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle with an open utility trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to use the work app.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift.
• Walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
