Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. You will collect bagged trash and cardboard from doorsteps, transporting it to on-site trash receptacles using your own truck or trailer, with routes confined to a local area.

This role offers an evening schedule (typically Sunday–Thursday after 7:00–8:00 PM), 10–15+ hours per week, and the ability to stay local.

Qualifications

• Own either a pickup truck with open bed or a tow-capable vehicle with a utility trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to download and use the work app and receive SMS updates.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and follow a routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using your open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Stay active by walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
