Typical duties include cleaning and disinfecting rooms and areas, waste handling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position is part-time with an evening shift (3pm-11pm) and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospital housekeeping and floor care experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, operating rooms, and hospital areas.
• Perform trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and other environmental services duties per hospital policy.
• Handle medical, hazardous, and pharmaceutical waste properly.
• Maintain stock of supplies and chemicals.
• Work independently while meeting department quality standards.
• Support Joint Commission and Department of Health compliance standards.
