Qualifications

Prior floor care experience preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures.
Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Uses automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and spot cleaning.
Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
