Job summary

MSNW Group LLC is seeking a Part-time Janitor to maintain clean, organized, and safe environments across client sites. The role includes cleaning floors, windows, and surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment.

Work is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a pay range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Background checks and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of standing and performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary.
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time.
