Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities. You will be the face of our service, delivering reliable litter and waste removal with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

No prior experience? Training is provided. You must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and own an open-bed pickup truck for most properties. Competitive pay and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Formación

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliability and self-motivation are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed to satisfaction.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck to dispose of it at on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as needed at communities (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
