Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for the New Orleans area at House of Blues venues. The role involves cleaning dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, keeping bins and floors clean, and assisting teammates during high-volume service. Availability in the evenings is required, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and follow health codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Availability in the evenings / late nights.
• Industrial dish washing machines knowledge.
• Proper sanitation knowledge.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Restaurant bussing/ organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
• Clean and maintain all trash bins.
• Deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters.
• Keep floor clean, free of spills, food and obstacles.
• Daily clean walk-in cooler.
• Comply with health codes for utensils and storage.
• Assist other staff and help with opening/closing duties.
• Sanitation and safety compliance and teamwork.
