Responsibilities

• Properly operate dishwasher to clean dishes, silverware, tumblers, glasses, pots, and pans.
• Clean and maintain all trash bins and deposit garbage in dumpsters.
• Keep floor free of spills, food, and trash; walk-in cooler cleaning.
• Maintain storage organization and rotate dishes, pots, and pans.
• Comply with health codes and safety standards; assist other staff as needed.
