Responsibilities:

1. Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
2. Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, etc.
3. Clean all common space areas including kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications.
4. Maintain all supplies such as clean towels, mops, and chemical refills.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
