Happy Hands Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking experienced Cleaning Technicians to provide janitorial services at Aligned Data Center. This role requires independence, adherence to high cleaning standards, and timely delivery of results in a professional environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week and pay of $21.00 per hour. The position emphasizes reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to pass any required background screening for facility access.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Clean glass, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed.
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.
• Adhere to facility security, safety, and company policies.
