Job summary

Happy Hands Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to provide janitorial services at the Aligned Data Center. This position requires individuals who can work independently, maintain high cleaning standards, and consistently deliver quality results in a professional environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform physical cleaning duties.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass background screening for facility access.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms and common areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Clean glass, doors and other high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed.
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns or supply shortages.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition.
• Adhere to facility security, safety and company policies.
