Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Part Time Evening General Cleaner in Minnesota. You will work Monday-Friday 5:00PM-8:30PM, get trained in our cleaning and disinfecting methods, and become a valued member of a friendly team. The role requires reliability, adherence to safety guidelines, and transport to the workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required; we train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary under position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including counters, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, and drips as you notice them.
