Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Part-Time Evening General Cleaner in Minnesota. The role runs Monday–Friday from 5:30PM to 12:30AM with an hourly rate of $19.00. A background check with fingerprinting is required. Training is provided; no prior janitorial experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience is required; we train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary under OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable and courteous.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips as you notice them.
