Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking part-time Bartenders to join our independent living restaurants during dinner service (3:45pm–7:30pm). You will craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide friendly, attentive guest service.

Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods is helpful; you will take orders, process payments, replenish supplies, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet the state age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (training within 90 days unless state requires earlier).
• Able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
