Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server to support catered events and campus dining operations. You will serve beverages and food to residents and guests, ensuring service aligns with our mission and values.

Events typically run 2–4 hours with setup and breakdown time, and compensation ranges by experience. Eligible employees receive a complimentary meal during shifts, flexible scheduling based on event needs, PTO per state law, and access to onsite medical

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and meet state alcohol service requirements.
• Weekend and holiday availability to cover events.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food at catered events and campus venues.
• Provide exceptional event experiences and attentive service to residents and guests.
• Support dining operations across Brooksby Village as needed.

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

Brooksby Village is hiring a part time Server to work our catered events (private, community events & meetings) and to provide additional support to restaurants across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values. Events typical run 2 to 4 hours in length, with additional time for setup & breakdown.
